Cancellation Policy

As per GATEWAY GROUP rules customers can cancel the booking 3 hrs to their arrival time. However GATEWAY GROUP will be happy to talk to customer on alternate measures or changes to booking and do the needful to customer's satisfaction. Issues while paying online

In cases where customer made the payment and money got debited from their account, but transaction didn't complete and/or customer didn't receive any mails, the money will be refunded in 4-5 working days

After successful booking

Email confirmation will be sent to the customer email. Customer can see the bookings in my bookings section
